During an episode of The View, which aired on Monday, Whoopi Goldberg called out a fake news article that she says endangered her and her family.
The fake news article was published by “a guy who just wanted to see how quickly stories he made up were spread.”
“Normally, people would have to actually look up to see what someone said. And when you look on our website… the shows are posted. But unfortunately, people don’t do that.”

“Man, I’m telling you. You cost me money because I had to protect my family…Costa Rica is not big enough for this lawsuit that’s coming your way.”
“I want these protections in place for the current president, for his family..for my family–Because if you write something like that or you write something that endangers his life or his family’s life, I am just as angry at you!”
The article came from the website => The Underground Report. The article was published on March 1, 2017:
Whoopi Goldberg is in hot water after comments she made Wednesday regarding the Navy SEAL widow that was honored last night during President Donald Trump’s historical speech.
“She was just looking for attention. These military widows love their 15 minutes in the spotlight”, Goldberg said.
“If it were me I wouldn’t be able to leave the house. How can someone who is truly greiving go out there and be on TV. It just doesn’t make sense to me”
After last night’s demonstration where several democrats in leadership roles refused to stand while the widow was being honored, Goldberg continues to make the point that liberals lack a significant amount of class.
Whoopi Goldberg has now experienced what President Donald Trump and his family have gone through the past two years. Regardless of the reason why people publish fake news stories, the people in the stories are still real and have to live with the consequences.
